Dazzled By Twilight in Forks Washington, well known as the largest Twilight retail store in Forks and possibly the world, and home of the Dazzled By Twilight Tour Company featuring Guided Twilight Tours of Forks and La Push Washington, is excited to announce a new venture planned to open early in 2010.

Already operating the Twilight Lounge for special events including Live Music such as the Mitch Hansen Band on Stephenie Meyer Day this year and Karaoke Nights, Dazzled By Twilight has decided to pursue expansion into the vacant Restaurant and Bar area on the lower level of the building at 81 N. Forks Avenue - Downtown Forks on Hwy 101.  Previously operated as the Vagabond Restaurant, the location has been vacant for over two years.  The new restaurant, tentatively named “Volterra” is intended to be a casual and family dining experience with a welcoming menu for both the Twilight tourists and the local community.  

“We are excited at the opportunity to continue bringing new business into the Downtown area.  It has been a shame that this historic restaurant has been vacant for so long.  From our understanding, this was once the gathering point for Forks, we hope to bring that back, if just a little”  stated Tim Root.  “Our focus is to provide a great atmosphere, great service and great food for any guest walking through the door.  While we are still in the early planning stages of the ultimate decor, we are hoping to appeal to the local Forks residents as well as the tourists visiting Forks.”

Dazzled By Twilight currently operates three retail stores in the Olympic Peninsula including the flagship “Experience Forks” store, opened in August of this year, and features an elaborate mix of set designs to pay homage to the local rain forest, the beaches of La Push, Volterra, Italy, the logging industry, and of course Twilight.  Dazzled By Twilight Tour Company from the original retail store location at 61 N. Forks Ave.  Twilight Tours depart several times per day (depending on availability and participation) and are guided by Travis Belles.  Dazzled By Twilight Port Angeles is located at 135 E. 1st Street in Downtown Port Angeles, just across the street from the Lincoln Theater (which hosted the opening of Twilight, as well as the upcoming release of New Moon), as well as the Bella Italia Restaurant and Port News and Book, all locations referenced in the Twilight Saga by Stephenie Meyer.
